Bullying in the Workplace Illustrations

A very talented London designer, Thomas Hedger, has been recently commissioned to create some illustrations for the important issue about bullying in the workplace.

According to Forbes, citing David Maxfield – a co-author of Crucial Conversations and Influencer, “96% of American employees experience bullying in the workplace, and the nature of that bullying is changing.”

Usually, we all think that bullying only occurs at schools and it is a way of strange, harmful communication among children but it seems that there is such issue in the workplace.

According to nobullying.com, the types of bullying are ranging from sexual harassment and making impossible work demands to threats giving and physical violence.

Thomas created illustrations that show the common ways of bullying a team member by showing in a unique and creative methods. Have a look at his work for Professional Manager Magazine:
