Transylvania Brewing Company – Branding and Packaging
Makó Lehel Mór is an independent graphic designers from Bucharest, Romania who specializes in graphic design and brand identity. He believes in strong and functional brand identities rooting in honesty and clarity.
Recently, Makó Lehel Mór was working together with a Transylvania Brewing Co., a brewery producing original handcrafted beers which co-founders are Italian, Dutch and Belgian.
The inspiration behind the name is coming from the location of the brewery as it is located in Brasov, Romania, a town on the southernmost point of Transylvania in the Carpathian Mountains.
The motivation for the logo and label design is coming from the nature of Transylvanian region – the hills, mountains, lowlands and rivers, as well as from the traditional motifs and unique folklore.
